Dayton South Veterinary Clinic

Dayton South Veterinary Clinic was founded by Dr. Aubrey Wyatt in the fall of 1977. The original practice was located on the corner of Stroop Road and Wilmington Pike in a small renovated gas station and car wash. In late 1994 Dr. Daniel Brauer purchased the practice from Dr. Wyatt. The summer of 2000 Dr. Brauer purchased a piece of land at 3200 Wilmington Pike and built the practices current home.

Dr. Lauren Schumacher  is a graduate of The Ohio State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She did her undergraduate studies at Wright State University. Dr. Schumacher grew up in Kettering and started working at Dayton South Vet Clinic in high school as a kenneler and vet assistant. She returned as a veterinarian upon graduation from vet school. Dr. Schumacher shares her home with 3 dogs (2 beagles and a miniature wire haired dachshund) and 2 rabbits. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, and Miami Valley Veterinary Medical Association.

Dawn is a technician at Dayton South Vet clinic as of 2009. Dawn has a special interest in the care of rabbits. She has a home that she shares with a menagerie of animals. Some of Dawn's pets include dogs, cats, rabbits and birds. When not working she enjoys crafting and painting.

Katey has been a receptionist at Dayton South Vet Clinic since 1998. She shares her home with her husband, son and 2 dogs (Lou a boxer and Cali an english bulldog). When not working she enjoys spending time with her family. 

Sarah has been working as both a receptionist and kenneler since 2008. As of 2011 she has also began working as a technician assitant. Sarah and her husband share their home with their 2 dogs (Yogi a chow chow mix and Dozer an english mastiff).
